公司旗下的ROTHLEY品牌已有超过190年的历史。ROTHLEY前身是制管厂George Byrne。George Byrne于 1826 年在英国伯明翰成立，公司主营黄铜床架、壁炉套件、窗帘杆等。当时正值工业革命的高峰期，随着电力的引入公司开发了钢管来容纳公共建筑中使用的电线。1934年推出的玛丽皇后号游轮（Queen-Mary）也使用到了公司的管材。
